Achmad Nizar
Founder & Visionary, Nordic Bumi Ventures

Achmad Nizar is the Founder & Visionary behind Nordic Bumi Ventures and the creator of Svala Villa.
Born in Indonesia and based in Sweden for nearly three decades, Nizar brings over 30 years of international experience in hospitality, restaurant concepts, and boutique developments across Europe and Southeast Asia.

He personally controls the Svala land and has secured the legal ownership structure and core development permits — ensuring that the project stands on a solid legal foundation before any construction begins.

After building and operating successful hospitality brands in Sweden and Indonesia, he returned to Lombok to create Svala — not as a property project, but as a living place where architecture, landscape, culture, and long-term investment are carefully curated into one ecosystem.

Nizar personally leads the land acquisition, concept design, legal structure, operational strategy, and long-term resort vision — ensuring that every villa is built with integrity, transparency, and real-world profitability in mind.

Svala Villa is his life project — designed to grow in value, meaning, and community over generations.

Few will own it. Many will wish they did.

Jens Jonsson
Brand Manager

As Brand Manager, Jens is the guardian of Svala Villa’s identity. He leads the development of the brand’s voice, visual direction, and marketing strategy, making sure every expression of Svala, from the website and campaigns to on-site experiences, tells one consistent story.

Jens brings a Scandinavian sensibility to the project: a belief that simplicity, quality, and honesty create lasting value. He works closely with the design and development teams to translate the vision of Svala into a brand that resonates with future owners, investors, and guests alike.

Architectural, Estimation & Quantity Surveying by Arnold Julio Siregar

Our villas are designed by Arnold Julio Siregar, a registered architect with a decade of experience in premium projects, specializing in luxury tropical-modern architecture, functional design, and strong engineering logic.

From concept to technical drawings, Arnold ensures every detail is carefully designed, precise, and build-ready.

Supporting the design process is our professional team of Estimators and Quantity Surveyors (QS), providing accurate construction cost planning for:

  • Project construction budgets

  • Villa selling prices

  • Rental cost analysis

  • Public facilities and infrastructure

Through systematic QS methodology and detailed cost analysis, we provide transparent, realistic, and reliable cost information—giving clients a clear understanding of both the design and investment behind their villa.

FOUNDER & CEO PT. Solomon Wira Makmur

Construction of this project is entrusted to PT Solomon Wira Makmur (Solomon Construction Services), a national contractor established in 2009, headquartered in Medan with offices in Jakarta and Bali. Solomon specializes in civil works, building construction, earthworks, and MEP, with a total project value exceeding IDR 200 billion across Indonesia, from Sumatra to Papua.

The company holds ISO 9001 (quality), ISO 14001 (environmental), ISO 45001 (occupational health & safety), and ISO 37001 (anti-bribery) certifications, and is supported by LPJK-certified engineers. Solomon has partnered with leading state-owned contractors including PT PP, WIKA, Hutama Karya, and Brantas Abipraya. Its portfolio includes the Mandalika Circuit Race Control Building, Siboru Fakfak Airport Terminal, Chedi Resort Belitung, and numerous resorts, villas, and apartments in Bali such as Vanara Resort and Breig Oasis III.
