Founder & Visionary, Nordic Bumi Ventures

Achmad Nizar is the Founder & Visionary behind Nordic Bumi Ventures and the creator of Svala Villa.
Born in Indonesia and based in Sweden for nearly three decades, Nizar brings over 30 years of international experience in hospitality, restaurant concepts, and boutique developments across Europe and Southeast Asia.

He personally controls the Svala land and has secured the legal ownership structure and core development permits — ensuring that the project stands on a solid legal foundation before any construction begins.

After building and operating successful hospitality brands in Sweden and Indonesia, he returned to Lombok to create Svala — not as a property project, but as a living place where architecture, landscape, culture, and long-term investment are carefully curated into one ecosystem.

Nizar personally leads the land acquisition, concept design, legal structure, operational strategy, and long-term resort vision — ensuring that every villa is built with integrity, transparency, and real-world profitability in mind.

Svala Villa is his life project — designed to grow in value, meaning, and community over generations.
